How do termites create damage?
Termites live in the soil, but travel through mud tunnels or tubes to gain access into your home or business. Once inside they will typically attack softer easier wood such as baseboards, trim work, window sills, wall studs and more. You will also find evidence of mud or dirt in the damage as termites builder their tunnels to access their food. Termites used these tunnels as a mode of transport as they bring food back and forth to the colony in the yard to feed the colony members.
